I’m Diana Chaloux-LaCerte

I’m a faith-filled, Menopause-Certified transformation coach, Biblical Trauma-Informed and Trauma & Resilience Life Coach, and 2× Fitness World Champion. I’ve coached 10,000+ women over 23+ years (most of them 40+). Jesus is the foundation of everything I do—and everything SoulSTRONG is.

I lost 50 lbs years ago and have kept it off for 20+ years using the same grace-paced, hormone-smart, muscle-focused approach I teach today. Since 2009, my husband Micah and I have helped clients in 82 countries shed over 750,000 pounds through the proven systems at Hitch Fit.

In recent years, we’ve also created SoulFIT Retreats, blending faith and fitness for deep heart healing. Now, for the first time, I’m bringing those proven transformation systems into SoulSTRONG—combining them with menopause-smart programming, Biblical + trauma-informed coaching, and intimate group coaching, built exclusively for women 40+.
